Position Objective

To be part of our Plant-Powered Production Team, a dream team working together to ensure that our plant-based programs are successful. These programs focus on making the switch to plant-based eating as easy as possible, which means that you’ll play an important role in efficiently reducing animal suffering across Europe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative writing and concept development for videos, animations and short films
  • Support national plant-power campaign managers with communication tasks
  • Opinion poll development
  • Develop and identify opportunities for press coverage
  • Work with the press
  • Oversee communication skill development for the national campaign managers and their teams
  • Coordinate logistics for adaptations of content produced in the Plant-Power Production Team to other languages.

 

Who we are looking for

If you have very strong creative writing skills, enjoy communicating with people and have an interest in plant-based outreach campaigning – we want to hear from you. As you will be part of a focused team, we’re looking for a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. You will have a strong “can-do” attitude and are comfortable thinking outside the box. A high level of communicative English skills is required.

As the vast majority of your work will be focused on the promotion of plant-based food, living plant-based would be a strong advantage. Previous experience working in communications would be an asset, but not required for the role.

Position Objective

To be part of our Plant-Powered Production Team, a dream team working together to ensure that our plant-based programs are successful by leveraging digital marketing efforts and identifying fundraising opportunities for the campaigns. These programs focus on making the switch to plant-based eating as easy as possible, which means that you’ll play an important role in efficiently reducing animal suffering across Europe.

 

Responsibilities

Digital marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing for our plant-based programs
  • Develop digital advertisement concepts and manage their production across multiple countries, with a strong focus on Facebook advertisements
  • Work with national campaign managers and social media staff/volunteers to optimise their ads
  • Develop sponsor partnerships internationally for prizes and giveaways as part of online community competitions to engage new people in our programs

 

Fundraising

  • Tap into the fundraising potential of the users engaged in our programs as well as members of the vegetarian/vegan community
  • Research and pursue potential sources of funding for plant-based campaigns both at national and international levels, including governmental, institutional and major donor initiatives

 

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing experience including a strong  understanding of social media advertisements and referral marketing. With over 150,000 people already signed up for our plant-based campaigns, the potential to motivate these people to support the campaign further is as yet untapped. If you have a strong understanding about how to motivate these people as well as members of the veg community to support our programs – we want to hear from you. As you will be part of a focused team, we’re looking for a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. You will have a strong “can-do” attitude and are comfortable thinking outside the box. A high level of communicative English skills is required.

These programs focus on making the switch to plant-based eating as easy as possible, which means that you’ll play an important role in efficiently reducing animal suffering across Europe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Communication Manager to develop ideas for visual content for social media and advertisements
  • Create visuals for our programs, including for social media, websites, print advertisements and emails
  • Design, optimize and oversee email workflows
  • Coordinate language adaptations and roll out the content across Anima International
  • Support national organisations with graphic design in peak periods of campaigning

 

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye for design related to lifestyle campaigning. You are very experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You have a clear understanding about how graphic design works in communicating with different target groups. As you will be part of a focused team, we’re looking for a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. You will have a strong “can-do” attitude and are comfortable thinking outside the box. An average level of communicative English skills is required.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Communication Manager to develop ideas for videos and short films
  • Editing, grading and audio work for video and film
  • Text and vector animation for video and film
  • Supporting national video editors in their own content creation
  • Participating in Anima International’s Video Team, for feedback and general concept development
  • Supporting national video production in peak periods of campaigning

Who we are looking for

If you are a highly motivated video editor with solid experience in video and short film format post-production then we want to hear from you. Experience in processes related to shooting video, film and capturing sound is a plus, but not a requirement. You will have a strong understanding of the mechanisms behind creating engaging content for social media and successful video advertisements. As a strong team player you also thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments. You have a “can do” attitude and are eager to expand your skill levels and think outside of the box when creating new content.

You are very experienced in Adobe Premiere (or similar) and experienced with text and vector animations in Adobe After Effects (or similar). An average level of communicative English skills is required.
